Founded in early 2022, we created this company in order to bring to light and monetise unseen talented artists. With a roster stretching across 3 diverse departments and a management team like no other, here at XPM, we have fostered a collective work environment in which both artists and managers can thrive, and strive to perform at our best ability no matter the time or place.
Our Story
We believe that without the artists, all agencies, record labels and collectives would be nothing. And yet, the majority still entrap their artists into unethical contracts, ruining the mental health and well being of their artists. With our mission from the start being to aid, platform and monetise as many artists as possible, we feel it is our duty to protect our artists from this happening.
We also understand that artists have a unique creative process and approach that is different from that of a manager. With this in mind, we concluded it was not only our responsibility to guide artists thru the industry, but to professionally represent them.
Ensuring, they can uphold their creativity worrying about being constrained by conventional business practices.
In other words... They make the music. We make sure it gets heard. They get heard. We make sure it's by the right people, on the terms that protect and benefit the artist.

Our History
February 4th 2022
Founded
Originally founded under the name "Xero Productions", Daniel Sireau started out with XP brand simply as a YouTube Channel selling beats weekly.
November 13th 2022
Expansion
Xero Productions expanded from a one man army into a collective of 7 producers, uploading daily to the same YouTube Channel.
November 28th 2022
Collective founded
Xero Productions expanded from a producer collective into a full-blown musical collective. With individual departments for Producers, Engineers, DJs, Rappers and Singers.
February 2nd 2023
Official registration as a business
Xero Productions was officially registered as UK Limited Business.
February 4th 2023
First website
The initial Xeroproductions.com was launched on the 1 year anniversary of Xero Productions.
August 1st 2023
The Rebrand
Xero Productions Ltd. made the transition into XP Management Ltd. (Trade name XPM), taking a step from operating as a collective into a professional artist management company.
April 1st 2024
Official Studio opening
XPM Studios official opening date. Marking a pivotal moment in the companies history, transitioning from a digitally operating company to physical.
